Shipping & Delivery Policy

Your pet’s safety and comfort are always our top priorities.

How It Works

• Each pet travels with a trained Flight Nanny from pickup to hand-off.
• Nannies provide real-time updates and photos during travel.
• Upon arrival, the buyer/receiver must meet at the agreed airport and sign for delivery.

Delivery Conditions

• The remaining balance must be paid in cash before the pet is handed off.
• The nanny will send an electronic receipt confirmation, which must be acknowledged by the breeder or buyer before the nanny leaves the airport.
• Late pickups will incur a $100 fee.

Responsibility & Liability

• CaliLuxePetTravel is only responsible for safe transport and delivery.
• The breeder must confirm that the pet is healthy and fit to travel.
• Any illness, incident, or loss before, during, or after travel remains the breeder’s/buyer's (pet buyers) responsibility.
• Buyers or breeders may NOT contact the airline directly.
• Any violation of this rule results in a $5,000 penalty to protect our nannies’ airline employment.
