At CaliLuxePetTravel, the safety and comfort of every pet is our highest priority. By booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies and disclaimers.
📃 Liability Disclaimer
CaliLuxePetTravel is responsible solely for the safe transportation and delivery of the pet during the arranged flight. We are not liable for:
- Any health, behavioral, or injury-related issues before pickup, during the flight, or after delivery.
- Accidents, illnesses, or death due to pre-existing conditions or breeder/owner negligence.
- Any incidents resulting from false or incomplete information from the breeder or buyer.
Ensuring the pet’s health and readiness for travel is the full responsibility of the breeder or owner.
🩺 Health & Fitness to Fly
Before travel, the breeder or pet owner must confirm the pet:
- Is healthy and cleared to fly by a licensed veterinarian (if required).
- Is of proper age and weight for safe travel.
- Has received all required vaccinations and travel documentation.
If the nanny arrives and the pet is sick, injured, underage, or otherwise unfit to fly, the trip will be canceled and the deposit forfeited.
✈️ Airline No-Contact Clause
For the privacy and employment protection of our flight nannies, breeders and buyers are strictly prohibited from contacting any airline regarding pet travel arrangements.
All communication must go through CaliLuxePetTravel or the assigned nanny. Violations incur a $5,000 penalty and may result in permanent denial of service.
🐾 Safety During Travel
Our trained nannies provide:
- Continuous monitoring and comfort throughout the journey.
- Frequent real-time updates, photos, and videos.
- Immediate communication in case of delays or emergencies.
All nannies follow strict airline and company safety protocols to ensure a secure and calm travel experience.
📸 Proof of Delivery
Upon arrival, your nanny will:
- Provide final photos or video updates.
- Collect any remaining balance due.
- Send a digital “Confirmed Delivery” receipt with the buyer’s or breeder’s name.
This confirmation must be acknowledged before the nanny leaves the airport.
