Refund & Cancellation Policy

We value your understanding that pet flight scheduling requires careful coordination, time, and airline resources.

• All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled flight incur a $100 cancellation fee.
• No-shows or incomplete documentation result in forfeiture of all payments.
• No refunds are available once the nanny is in transit.
• Refund requests arising from unforeseen airline or scheduling changes will be reviewed at the company’s discretion.

This policy ensures fairness and respects our flight nannies’ time and airline scheduling commitments.
