Terms & Agreements
1. Introduction
By using the services of CaliLuxePetTravel , you agree to be bound by these Terms & Agreements. This includes all breeders, pet owners, and other clients (“you” or “Client”) who book a flight nanny for pet travel.
These terms govern your use of our services, website, and booking system. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Booking & Deposits
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
- Deposits can be paid via Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, or debit/credit card on our website.
- Booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received and acknowledged by our team.
3. Remaining Balance & Payment
The remaining balance must be paid in cash directly to the flight nanny at the airport. After payment, the payer (breeder or buyer) must confirm via the electronic receipt sent by the nanny, which must include the payer’s name.This confirmation is mandatory before the nanny leaves the airport.
- Failure to provide full payment or confirmation may result in cancellation of services.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
If you cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled flight, a $100 cancellation fee applies.
5. Late Pickup / Drop-off
- Timely pickup and drop-off are required for the safety and scheduling of all pets.
- A $100 late fee applies for pickups or drop-offs outside the agreed time window.
6. Standby & Confirmed Seats
- Clients may choose a confirmed seat or standby.
- Confirmed seat: Guarantees your pet travels on the intended flight.
- Standby: Allows flexibility; sometimes adjustments may be required. Clients must accept that schedules may change due to airline or flight availability.
7. Pet Safety & Care
- Our flight nannies are trained professionals who adhere to airline protocols.
- Pets are monitored at all times and provided with food, water, and comfort items during travel.
- TSA Airline approved pet carrier and travel arrangements meet airline safety standards.
⚠️ Important Liability Notice:
- CaliLuxePetTravel is only responsible for safely transporting and delivering the pet.
- From pickup, during travel, and at hand-off, the breeder or owner assumes full responsibility for the pet’s health, travel readiness, and any incidents.
- The breeder or owner must confirm that the pet is fit to travel.
- CaliLuxePetTravel is not liable for any injury, illness, or death of the pet. Any such occurrences are the sole responsibility of the breeder or owner.
8. No Airline Contact
- The breeder or customer is strictly prohibited from contacting the airline directly.
- Any breach of this policy will result in a $5,000 penalty, payable immediately to CaliLuxePetTravel, to protect the flight nanny’s airline employment and maintain professional relationships.
9. Required Documents
- All pets must have up-to-date vaccinations and any required health certificates.
- Failure to provide proper documentation may result in refusal of travel.
10. Liability & Indemnification
- Clients agree to hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from the use of our services.
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate health and behavioral information for their pets.
- The Company is not liable for any incidents, injury, or death that occur before, during, or after transport outside of our delivery responsibility.
11. Refunds
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Remaining balance is due upon completion of services; refunds for late arrival or service issues are subject to review at the Company’s discretion.
12. Payments & Accepted Methods
- Accepted methods for deposits: Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, debit/credit card via the website.
- Remaining balance: cash only to the flight nanny at the airport.
13. Modifications to Terms
- CaliLuxePetTravel reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
- Clients will be notified via email or website updates. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of New York, USA.
- Any disputes arising from services provided by CaliLuxePetTravel will be resolved under New York jurisdiction.
