💰 Pricing & Payment Terms

• Deposit: Non-refundable deposit required to lock in travel dates.
• Remaining Balance: Due in cash to nanny prior to final handoff.

Accepted Deposit Methods: Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, or Credit/Debit.

Policy Notes: $100 late pickup fee | $150 cancellation fee within 72 hrs.

✈️ Standby Travel Guide

We offer both Confirmed (guaranteed seat) and Standby travel options. Standby is a budget-friendly choice that provides the same high-touch care, love, and safety for your pet with travel-day flexibility. 🐾

1. What is Standby Travel? 🎫

Your nanny travels as a standby passenger. Seats are confirmed once ticketed passengers board and open seats remain. Please Note: If you want guaranteed seats and a set schedule, Confirmed Travel must be explicitly requested when submitting your quote form.

2. How We Maximize Success 📈

We check flight loads in advance, check in as early as possible, and route early morning flights with backup connections for the highest chance of boarding. 🛫

3. Same-Day Flights & Nanny Care 🤍

Same-day travel cannot be strictly guaranteed on standby. If a nanny isn't boarded, your pet is never left alone—they remain pampered and safe until the next available flight. 🐶

4. Delays & Expectations 🌤️

Weather or carrier delays can shift schedules. Standby requires open communication and flexibility—we update you every step of the way! 📱
